1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LineEdge LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("LineEdge," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, subscribing to our service, or accessing any content, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use LineEdge. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if we discover a user is under 21.

3. Nature of Service — Entertainment and Information Only

LineEdge provides AI-powered sports picks and analysis for entertainment and informational purposes only.

• We are not licensed gambling advisors, bookmakers, or financial advisors
• All picks and analysis are opinions only and do not constitute professional advice
• We do not guarantee any results, wins, or profits
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Sports betting involves substantial financial risk — you may lose money
• LineEdge LLC is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers

4. Eligibility and Jurisdictional Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of LineEdge and any sports betting activity is legal in your jurisdiction. LineEdge makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in all locations. Users in jurisdictions where sports betting or paid picks services are prohibited must not use this service.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, Inc.
• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers — no charge during the trial period
• Founding member pricing ($49/month) is locked for the duration of active subscription
• Pricing may increase for new subscribers at any time
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• LineEdge reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

6. No Warranties

LINEEDGE PROVIDES ALL CONTENT, PICKS, AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PICKS WILL RESULT IN PROFIT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LINEEDGE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Financial losses from sports betting decisions made based on our picks or analysis
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your reliance on our content
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to LineEdge in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LineEdge LLC, its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on lineedgepicks.com, including but not limited to picks, analysis, design, graphics, and the LineEdge name and logo, are the property of LineEdge LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use LineEdge to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share your subscription credentials with others
• Scrape, copy, or republish our picks or analysis without permission
• Attempt to circumvent our authentication or security systems
• Use the service in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law
• Engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity in connection with the service

11. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF LINEEDGE SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Casper, Wyoming, or via remote hearing. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming.

13. Termination

LineEdge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Gambling Risk Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and LineEdge LLC regarding your use of the service.
